A New Level Advisory was born from a conviction: that management consulting must go beyond traditional performance improvement to something deeper, more meaningful, and more enduring. From the very beginning, our mission has been to reimagine how businesses are run — aligning not only strategies and operations, but also culture, creativity, and purpose.
The Early Vision
When we set out, we set our focus on exploring the intersections of strategy, operations, arts & culture, and sustainability. What we saw echoed a wider shift across the business world: leaders, employees, and partners alike wanted to succeed commercially and make a meaningful difference. Yet under pressure, organisations often lost sight of the unique “DNA” that makes them who they are. Without purpose as a compass, strategy risks becoming transactional, operations mechanical, and culture fragmented.
From Insight to Innovation
It was in response to this gap that we developed Business Transfiguration®: our redefinition of transformation as a change of form, not just function — enabling organisations to be reshaped around their true identity and designed for enduring excellence. From this foundation, Purpose-Shaped Strategy™ emerged, giving leaders a practical way to align decisions with purpose. To make purpose measurable, we then designed The Ten LOX Framework™ — a diagnostic lens that assesses alignment across the levers of excellence.

Experience & Expertise
These principles are matched by proven expertise. Our Founding Partner, Liz Ojo, brings more than two decades of professional experience spanning investment banking, business transformation, and consulting. A qualified accountant, she held key roles at JP Morgan, Credit Suisse, and Société Générale, where she led programmes in strategic change, transformation, and regulatory reform, before founding A New Level Advisory in 2020. Strengthened by an Executive Diploma in Strategy from Oxford University’s Saïd Business School, and certifications in business analysis and project management, she brings together financial rigour, strategic insight, and practical delivery — grounding the firm’s distinctive approach.
